Nov 29, 2018 · I've been looking to "upgrade" to the SYSTXCCITC01 thermostats to give remote access and smart home controls, but I am trying to determine what the difference between the A and B revisions are. Wifi connectivity is stable (Arries TG1682g modem). Thermostat panel show not connected to carrier server. Thermostat Model number: systxccitc01-b. Software version: 131625-01.32. update to this issue (I was having it too) - Carrier has release 4.23 for the thermostat, and on Android they have updated the Home app. This has resolved all these issues. Now my app connects almost immediately, and the changes on the app reflect almost instantaneously on it. Took carrier long enough.The evaporator coil had been replace in 11/22 and this issue started 2/23 so i don’t thing anything could have caused a problem when the coil was replaced. When I ran the new wire to the infinity control and left off the Wi-Fi for 3-4 months the customer didn’t call with any issues or just ignored them..
